Britany was born with a severe cleft palate and cleft lip. Her mum Cinthia was shocked when she saw her baby. Without support, Cinthia had never felt so alone.
But thanks to the generosity of our supporters, Operation Smile was there to help. And over the next decade, Britany received multiple surgeries and specialist cleft care, including speech therapy to help her speak clearly and confidently.
