What do you get when you put an Afrocentric Soul artist, a Retro Folk artist, an Electric Pop Duo and a Gospel Choir on the billing for one night?  You get the RAISE A SMILE concert in aid of Operation Smile!

Operation Smile Supporter, James Numbere, held an incredible concert at the Hoxton Bar & Kitchen in aid of Operation Smile UK. Before James moved to London from Nigeria he was heavily involved in raising awareness for Operation Smile with ETHICON sutures (Johnson and Johnson) through the 'better world walk’ in 2013. In addition, James co-wrote and recorded a demo single for Operation Smile in his time with ETHICON. Since then he has become a singer/ songwriter producing and recording his own music.  You can find James on SoundCloudSpotify and YouTube.

With James' combination of real passion and unique singing style he created an unforgettable night of singing, dancing, swaying (if you were rhythmically challenged), story telling, and tears! The night saw him take to the stage, both solo and as part of the London Community Gospel Choir, with Mara Daniele and M w S raising money for Operation Smile UK and singing his song titled ‘Smile’.
